Katy Perry recently turned to the light side when she dyed her signature trademark jet-black hair to blonde! Did you know that only 15% of Americans are naturally blonde? For a moment she was a red head in the transitional period from black to blonde. Personally, we believe that Katy rocked the black hair better than the blonde.
